  • The Forster Bowling Club is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act Amendment 2001. The primary reason for the collection of this information is so that the Club can, from time to time, communicate with me, using information supplied on this application form and information obtained from Member Loyalty Programs. I understand that I can opt out of communication at any time. The personal information provided by you on this form/application and attached documents will be used to process your membership application. Failure to provide all of the requested information may result in your application being rejected. You have a right to access and correct any of your personal information that the Club holds about you. The Club does not disclose your personal information to any other organisation or person unless there is a legal requirement to do so. The Club may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to the Club. These contracts require the third party to keep your personal information confidential and secure.

  • Conditions:

    1. All new membership applications will be granted the status of Provisional Membership whilst awaiting the decision of the Board for election as a Social Member of the Club.
    2. Should a person who is admitted as a Provisional Member not be elected to Social Membership of the Club, for any reason, within 6 weeks from the date of application, the person shall cease to be a member of the Club and all fees paid will be refunded to the applicant. The Board will notify any unsuccessful applicants in writing. Any un-redeemed Forster Bowling Club Loyalty Points for unsuccessful applicants will be forfeited.
    3. All Provisional Members must assume the consequences of entering into Club premises where smoking is permitted.
