The Mixed Fours Championship  continues with Robyn Condello and John Morton defeating Pam Woolmington & John Bagnall and Gina Pain & Keeden Mcquire defeating Carole Wright & Jack Turner, Joan Whiteside and Warren R Wilson defeated Dot McElroy & Ray Peirce. Mens Bowling Report for the 17/09/2016

Last weekend 250 bowlers from all corners of the state arrive for the commencement of the 2016 Inter-Zone Sides Championship at Forster and Tuncurry Beach Bowling Clubs. Many spectators were being treated to excellent bowls from all teams. After three rounds of sectional play the semi-finalists had been decided. At Forster Zone 12 (Sydney Sth West) and Zone 6 (Hunter) were the successful teams, and at Tuncurry Beach Zone 16 (Illawarra) and Zone 13 (Sydney Central & South) were also winners. The final was played at Forster on Monday morning on a 15 second green in absolutely perfect conditions....

Ladies Report for the 17/09/2016

PUBLICITY REPORT 15TH SEPTEMBER About 56 bowlers had an enjoyable morning on the green. Great weather and company. Although I must warn about the Phantom Jelly Bean Snatcher – Black ones !!!! She was on green one today. There was plenty of laughter and frivolity on green one which made for a wonderful morning of bowls. The finals of the major consistency was played on Thursday 8th between Laraine Mazurak and Gina Pain. The winner was Gina Pain. Congratulations Gina. The Minor Consistency final was played on Friday between Joan Whiteside and Verena Stafford. The winner was Joan Whiteside....
